OG BANNER
Hello to all ivanhoe ogls!You'll realise that this is from Allorix' blog so credit to sarah. lol
Here are some things we need to take note of regarding the og banner:
1) We only have $50 to spend for all our materials for making og stuff (includes: banner paint, chalk, thinner, even the materials for our allorix costume)
2) Please collect receipts when you purchase the materials and do not include your own personal purchases in the receipt. (For example, you go popular and buy paint for og and you buy pens for yourself and put them under the same receipt: DO NOT DO THAT) Please avoid using discount cards and vouchers too as they will screw up the treasury procedure.
3) Please pass ALL receipts to Stacy as soon as possible within ONE MONTH from date of purchase or else you will not get back your money anymore! Perhaps you guys can pass me your receipts and I can pass them all to Stacy since we are both councillors so it may be more convenient?
4) We are strongly recommended to buy as much materials as we can from the school bookshops.
5) While painting our og banner, please adhere to all the banner painting rules. In case you don't know them here are some of the basic rules:
- only paint at the banner painting area (behind t- block classrooms)
- always paint on the blue tarp or layout a mass of newspapers so as not to stain the area with our paint
- DO NOT wash paintbrushes or our painty hands in any toilets as they will stain the sinks.
-Wash everything at the taps along the wall at the side of the t- block girls toilet.
- DO NOT vandalise the area by painting random words on the floor especially our og name as the school admin will hunt us down.
Ok i think that is about it. We should try to share paint and other materials with other ogs as the budget is quite tight. Also, the black cloth is with me.
